Position Overview​
Client is a post-secondary education company that specializes in providing training in skilled trades and healthcare. We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to lead B2B Business Development efforts, specifically in forming partnerships that involve training for existing staff or fulfilling workforce needs.
The ideal candidate will lead a team of high-

Key Responsibilities:
1.Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive B2B sales, leading to significant revenue

Sales Strategy & Planning:

- Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior
management.
- Optimize the sales pipeline from lead generation through to contract negotiation
and closing.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and position
the company’s offerings effectively.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
to ensure satisfaction and retention.
oConduct regular client meetings and business reviews to identify opportunities for
upselling and cross-selling.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage the business development budget and allocate resources effectively to
maximize ROI.
- Track and report on team performance, sales metrics, and key performance
indicators (KPIs).
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance team
and individual performance.
Qualifications:
∙Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA helpful).
∙Proven track record of achieving $10 million+ in B2B revenue.
∙7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment.
∙Strong leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and

Client visual merchandising team is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Jr-level project manager that operates well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where multi-tasking is essential.
This role will support the global Visual Merchandising team with a focus on international markets.
This is an operations and project management role; it is not a design or creative position.
Reports to the Director of Visual Merchandising - International to support the development and execution of seasonal permanent fixture updates & promotional activations annually in international market
Responsibilities:
Drive internal timelines for gondola updates, tracking key deliverables with cross functional partners such as key accounts & graphic design. Effectively communicate project statuses in weekly meetings.
Partner with key accounts to track product launches by market, plan product locations on gondola, and check product assortments against planograms & technical drawings.
Own relationships with 3D fixture & display vendors (permanent & promotional) to develop, prototype, and produce gondola updates or temporary activations - understanding of 3D engineering drawings is essential.

Requirements:

Los Angles Dodgers internship and fellowship roles are spread between Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles and Camelback Ranch, which is their Spring Training facility in Glendale, Arizona.
We are currently offering internship and/or fellowship roles in: Public Relations, Global Partnerships, Production, Social Media, Accounting & Finance, Baseball Operations, Strength and Conditioning, Minor League Medical, Marketing, IT Application, Production, and more!
This program is not rotational, meaning that accepted participants would spend 80% of their time in the department role they applied to be in. The other 20% of the program is filled with supplemental experiences like a speaker series, cross-functional group project, mentorship and social events.
General Eligibility for Emerging Talent Program
5-month Fellowship Program (March 24 - August 15, 2025):
Recent undergraduate and graduate alum, who are within 1-year post-graduation from an accredited institution.
12-week Internship Program – Track #1 (May 27 - August 15, 2025):
Must be a current freshman, sophomore, or junior pursuing a bachelor's degree or a first-year graduate student at an accredited institution.
9-week Internship Program – Track #2 (June 16 - August 15, 2025):
Must be a current freshman, sophomore, or junior pursuing a bachelor's degree or a first-year graduate student at an accredited institution.
Notes:
Unfortunately, seniors graduating in May or June of the year of the internship or fellowship are the only students who would not be eligible for our internships or fellowships.
Offering 2 internship tracks (Track #1 and Track #2) allows our program to consider applicants from schools across all academic calendars.
When the applications are released, you will be able to apply to as many roles as you see fit your interests. We just ask that, based on your eligibility, you only apply for internships or fellowships.
It is not a requirement of the program for applicants to be based in California or Arizona.
Typically, Interns and Fellows do not travel with the team.
As part of the program, every accepted Emerging Talent Intern and Fellow will receive a housing stipend to offset the cost of living during the program. This applies regardless of whether that intern or fellow is based out-of-state.
